Meet the people behind Disruptive Leaders

Disruptive Leaders is led by Lucy Adams and Karen Moran from Disruptive HR.

For the last eight years we have worked with leaders and HR professionals all over the world. We help them lead, engage and develop their people differently – in ways that are more relevant and impactful in a disrupted world.

We give people leaders a mix of inspiration and practical support.

  • Practical support in terms of tips, training and toolkits that leaders can actually use every day

Both Lucy and Karen are (recovering!) HR Directors and have worked at the top of a variety of organisations such as the BBC, Serco, Nokia and Eversheds.
