Disruptive Leaders is led by Lucy Adams and Karen Moran from Disruptive HR.

For the last 10 years we have worked with leaders and HR professionals all over the world, transforming how they lead, engage and develop their people, to ways that are more relevant and impactful in a disrupted world.

We give people leaders a mix of inspiration and practical support.

Both Lucy and Karen are ex-HR Directors and have worked at the top of major organisations such as the BBC, Serco, Nokia and Eversheds.
