        Dumped years ago!  Not replaced it particuarly though and it hasn’t made a jot of difference.  Every so often I get asked to find a way to somehow ‘categorise’ staff, and I discuss all the reasons that doesn’t help and it goes away.  Moving the conversation away from individuals and towards team effectiveness seems to me to be the way to go.
