I’m really interested to hear people’s view as to where the responsibility for Culture and driving cultural change sits within your businesses? My own view, is that whilst it is typically led by HR (hence why lots of HR teams have rebranded as People and Culture Teams?), it is a shared responsibility with Board / Leaders. What are your thoughts and are you aware of any organisations who have dedicated Culture team? Thank you in advance.
