      In a large sized business there would be whole teams dealing with CSR – or ESG for its more modern name.

      Where does it sit in organisations not yet at that size?

      And why do organisations care about CSR? To say that you’re just doing good CSR to attract candidates feels ‘wrong’ – should we not care about it because it is the ‘right’ thing to do (whether morally, ethically etc)

        Hi Lucia,

        I previously worked in a larger company and it sat with one main senior sponsor however was made up of a mixed project team with 5 key areas, so had Supply Chain, SHE, HR, Customer etc. and each of those areas were responsible for creating objectives, measures etc. It early stages however we also had a communications manager involved for internal and external.

        Definitely agree with your point re the right thing to do!
