What career advice would you give your younger self?

        To get the ball rolling ….

        I’d advise my younger self to:

        – make sure your future boss ‘gets it’ before you sign up – that s/he really wants to make change happen – and they’re not paying lip service

        – keep looking ‘up and out’ and make sure you’re continuing to learn and be curious – even though the operational demands could keep you busy 24/7

        – go with your gut – be brave and follow your instincts!
