Hi – I wonder if anyone can recommend any good Corporate Wellbeing Apps or providers that not only provide online resources on wellbeing for employees but self-referral counselling?

We’ve moved away from the traditional EAP offering for something much more bespoke and specialist and we have a robust wellbeing offering already in place with initiatives, MHFAs and online resources internally but we quite possibly may have a gap with self-referral counselling – especially if an employee wants complete confidentially and also hasn’t reached that moment of crisis or absence.

      Many thanks

      Louise

        Hi Louise,

We’ve put together a few recommendation for Health & Wellbeing tech that you might find useful. Here’s a brief description of the providers mentioned under EAP.

Lifeworks: Offered as part of their LifeWorks Total Well-being Platform, this modern EAP gives its users immediate access to thousands of certified, Masters-level professionals, 24/7. Users can attend private, virtual counseling sessions with their network of clinical counselors through video, live chat, telesupport and online groups. In addition, employees can also reach out to advisers on work and life issues such as financial, legal and retirement matters.

Lyra: With a mission statement of only providing proven treatments, grounded in science, this EAP takes a quality-focused approach and evidence-based treatments to deliver care to your employees. Members can find the right personalized care, match with the right provider for their needs, and feel motivated and supported throughout the entire treatment journey.

Aetna: Aetna International members with employer-provided plans have access to work/life balance support service options – from short-term coaching, guidance and counselling to day-to-day troubleshooting support and direction. There are options for in-person support and phone and digital options for access to support, too.

        We hope this helps.

        Best wishes,
