I’m starting to look at wellbeing initiatives as we start to move back into office working. It feels like we’ve done a lot of the usual activities like mental health training, yoga, mindfulness, nutritional advice etc…I’m looking for something a bit different. Any recommendations would be welcome! Many thanks.
One of the most simplest and possibly the most powerful things we have done recently is to produce a short video with willing participants talking about their personal experiences with Mental Health.
We had some leaders feature (including myself) and we had overwhelmingly positive feedback. The key here was to de-stigmatise the subject. I work in a Law Firm and so that is no mean feat.
