• Ask a group of your managers ‘how does our performance management system help you improve performance?’
• Share this resource titled ‘Virtual Ways to say Thank-you’ or any other similar tips you may have with your managers on how they can say thank you and ask them to say thank you to at least 3 team members in one week. Review this with them at the end of the week. Maybe consider putting a group together for your leaders on your comms hub to get a discussion going.
