A reminder of your assignments which we will discuss at our follow-up seminar:

• Create 4 Employee Personas for your client group based on their personality types, their motivations etc. You might find our Toolkit: How to create your Employee Persona useful.
• Think about what type of experience you would like to create for your client group- how you want your people to feel. For example, Trusted, Energised, Bold etc. Think about yourself and use that as a starting point!
