      A reminder of your assignment which we will discuss at our follow-up seminar:

      1.Identify and create your employee persona for your business area (ideally 4, think about their personalities and preferences to get started)

      2.Identify a ‘moment that matters’ in your area of control – which experience would you want for that? (Think brand/business strategy).
