      Good Afternoon All,

      I am working with a semi new management team. It has become clear that we need to discuss our ways of working- which I have done before but it was facilitated by a management training team.

      Has any got any exercises or ideas on what could be included to spark a discussion but also keep them engaged.

      Any help would be really appreciated 🙂

        I ran an employee personas exercise with my team recently. This was great for discussion and engagement and can assist you all with future strategies. It was a fun exercise and very useful.
