Hello All,
We are thinking about running an assessment centre to help us recruit for 3 roles we are currently advertising which are attracting quite a few applicants. As we now work hybrid style between the home and office up to the preference of employees, we don’t recruit by location and so like our usual interviews this will need to be virtual. We are initially thinking a platform like Hopin might be helpful to aid with networking and separating candidates into groups, we would want to be sure that whatever we do gives candidates a great experience.
I was wondering whether anyone has ran a virtual assessment centre before and if you have any tips of what worked well, any sticking points and perhaps things which you would do differently in future please? Any advice, queries or areas for discussion welcome and much appreciated.
