      Hi everyone, any tips on how to roll out our company values. I would love for us to have an impartial coach do it, but I don’t think we have the budget for it. Any tips or comments on how you have done it in the past would be greatly received – thanks!

          Hi, i’d also recommend Brand Engagement by Ian Buckingham, values/brand being co-existent: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Brand-Engagement-Employees-International-Political/dp/0230573061

          I have used picture boards (one for each value) and use in focus groups. Asking the teams to chose a picture stimulates debate on why one and not the other.
