If possible keep it as light touch as possible (otherwise it might feel like a new ‘HR process’ but yes good idea to share in advance the purpose of the session and what you hope they’ll get from it. If you feel like you need to provide more to set expectations, then you could perhaps share the slide from the workshop titled ‘How will the Talking Talent Session work?’ but you could send out an email saying “I’m really looking forward to spending time with you all to discuss our people and their development. It’s going to be an informal session i.e. no process, no paperwork. There is nothing to prep, just come with an open mind!”.
