We have started running monthly talk talent sessions with senior managers where we discuss people in our organisation who may be looking for a new challenge or where there are challenges filling development needs and work together to find solutions/move people around the organisation.
These have been working really well and we’ve had good results.
Our leadership team (board directors) also want to have a view of our ‘talent’ but I’m struggling to structure the conversation with them when we don’t want to create a ‘talent list’ or simply make it an information sharing session
Does anyone have any ideas on how to involve this group without them being necessarily involved in the same detail as the Talk Talent group?!
