I’m new to the Club, but some great resources, discussion and snippets that have been really helpful already. I’m working with a HR system that doesn’t have a talent management module, so in the interim of this being completely overhauled, looking for a standalone talent module that can interface, that HR and the business can use to capture, update on the current talent status. Any recommendations, or experiences of using something similar much appreciated. Thanks.
