Hi all – I’ve been looking at how we can start to build our own talent community – we’re a small (88 ee’s) start up to scale up FinTech company. I’ve watched the Webinar and really liked the examples and tips but wondered if any of you have also embarked on this and have any additional insights or learnings that you’d be willing to share, I’d also be really interested to know what technology you are using to support your community – whether it’s platforms such as LinkedIn or something more niche like Cord?
