I am about to embark on developing a new Talent Acquisition Strategy – we don’t currently have one in place, and being new to the organisation (and HR also being a new function) I very much have a blank canvas to start from.
I’d love to hear if you have any strategies or disruptive ideas you’ve implemented in your own organisations – I’ve read about a lot of ideas on this amazing club and have some ideas as a result, but would be interested to know how these have been put into practice, particularly for SMEs. I work in the social care sector, so finding and developing talent is one of our main areas of focus and something I am very keen to take a disruptive standpoint on!
