      Hi All!

      We’re creating a new working group in the UK for sustainability and HR will form part of that group along with people looking at customers, supply chain, innovation, environment etc.

      We discussed how lots of companies are moving towards having sustainability roles, some within HR. I was wondering if anyone had examples of this? Or it being included in people’s roles/job titles?

        Hi Kirsten,

        It’s worth looking at the great work that companies with B Corp status do in this space – https://bcorporation.net/about-b-corps. – if you look at the list of companies who are accredited B Corps you’ll get a good grasp of the sorts of roles they have in their teams and may find some useful people to speak to as well as resources on their site.
