      Hi everyone

I am going to be launching stay interviews. But I don’t want to call them that. Does anyone have any ideas on a better name for them? I plan for them to be pretty informal.

      Thanks
      Kate

I was thinking of this and thought I may link them to work anniversaries, for example 1 year, 5 years etc so had informally been thinking of them as anniversary surveys.  We already do new starter surveys (after 3 month probation) and exit interviews so don’t want to go overboard but for us, finding out how people feel after 12 months would be useful as we seem to have a mix of those that stay for years and those that stay for up to 2 years.

We call them Engagement Check Ins 🙂

I really like that Alex – I’ve never liked the phrasing ‘stay’ as it sounds desperate and like you’re trying to convince someone! Engagement check ins is great as I think it hits the nail on the head and covers the breadth of why someone may be inclined to stay or go!

Yes! Glad you like it, Rachel 🙂
