      Hi everyone! I have recently started a new job and I always meet with everyone to find out more about them and their experience at work etc.

      I have used the same old questions for years and I thought it would be great to find out what questions others use so I can mix it up a bit!

      For example, if I meet with managers I ask what challenges there are and I ask everyone what they love about working at XYZ. I leave the areas they’d like to improve on for another time.

        It’s a bit of an obvious one, but I like to ask what opportunities do you see for the team over the next 12 months. I find sometimes when you’re then embedded in the org and know more of the context and goings on, you don’t get as fresh thinking as when your relationship is new and you hear the more ‘raw’ answer to this question!
