we are a group of c380 people with a very flat structure. we tend not to do staff surveys as we ask employees direct via individuals or through line managers. The board are now starting to think that staff feedback would be a good idea (but not using surveys). Any ideas or suggestions would be great to receive, and how to pick the right people, rather than those who are in it for themselves as they want their ideas put forward. thank you!
Hi Gillian, not often that we come across companies that have moved away from the annual engagement survey! Great job on having achieved that! Your question ties in nicely with our 5 Min Monday for this week .
