      Hello everyone,
      As we are thinking of launching a spot award, I am trying to find out:
      1. Percentage of payroll normally dedicated to spot bonuses (according to my information so far 0.25-0.5%)
      2. Percentage of employees who are normally awarded a spot bonus (25% ?)
      3. Amount normally awarded as spot bonus (here I have various ranges – from $50 to $5000!)
      Does anyone have any insights regarding the above 3 questions? Many thanks in advance!
