Hi, we have a newly formed senior leadership team of Directors (bringing 2 parts of the business together under 1 MD). I need to quite quickly design a session that addresses the following:

      – what’s our new purpose/reason for being?
      – How do we operate as a team for today (managing where we are now) and tomorrow (tomorrow being post COVD/home working etc – there is a danger one part of the team will become more isolated as it’s field based, versus the other which will be hybrid and they are generally working more in unison)?
      – How do we make us a high performing team? Where are we now and what are the symbolic moments that will get us to where we want to be?
      – How do we want our people to feel, to be led by this team and be part of this business?

I’m wondering if there is something I could send out to them to gather their thoughts on some of this in advance.

      Does anyone have any ideas?

      Thank you

Hi – I used to run Team Effectiveness Sessions using the GRPI model – some of the exercises could be easily adapted for what you’re trying to achieve – feel free to connect with me on Siobhan.goodman@btinternet.com and i’ll happily shared content with you.

          Hi there,

I’ve got some ideas and am working through something similar where we have one team who are site based and then the remaining team are based at home.  Might be easier to have a quick call. My email address is niki@hurst-smithconsulting.co.uk. Niki

Our leadership team are currently working their way through ‘The Advantage’ by Patrick Lencioni and we’ve combined the reading with some team sessions, remotely for now.  The book takes you through some key questions that you’ve identified above.

Happy to discuss further if of interest.  Jannine
