      The environment is challenging, given inflation and tight labour market.
      We have data from Korn Ferry, but predicted increases look a little low given this backdrop.
      Is anyone happy to share what salary pot you are looking at?
      I have heard of 3-5% for the UK from colleagues in other companies and Korn Ferry.
      We are a global company – so looking at this for US, UK, South Africa, China as our main markets with employees.
      Would anyone like to exchange on this?

        We did 8% South Africa and China, 4% everywhere else in the world (incl US and UK).

          Without going into detail – that is very much aligned with what we are doing in the UK and China.
