      Hi All, i am reaching out for some help in regards to salary forecasting for this year. I would be interested to hear how others are approaching it/ if you are planning to have any salary inflation increases and what reports/tools/ information you have used to make these decisions. If anyone is happy to share what they are doing it would be really appreciated 🙂 Thanks Charlotte

        Hi Charlotte

        We use Willis Towers Watson, XpertHR and CPIH for ours. We haven’t announced our increase yet, although it’s been decided so I can’t comment yet on what it is. Maggie
