      Has anyone launched a reverse mentoring programme that they would be willing to share?

        Hi Soraya, our scheme has been going for 6 months, every member of the leadership team has ‘collaborative mentor’ – very happy to share details my email is sonja.walde@which.co.uk

          Hi Soraya, We are also exploring reverse mentoring at TfL and have rolled it out in a couple of departments to date and are putting proposals together for this to be expanded.  You might also like to look at the Professor Stacy Johnson’s model and scheme that the NHS use https://onenhsfinance.nhs.uk/sites/default/files/blog-files/Reverse%20Mentoring%20The%20ReMEDI%20Project.pdf
