We’re in London and also moving to a hybrid model.

We’re still going ahead with a 6th September return but with an emphasis on line managers having one to ones with all staff between now and then and identifying and then supporting anyone who has particular anxiety about return. We’re keen to distinguish between those who would simply prefer a fully remote way of working vs those with continued concerns about the pandemic. No one with genuine anxiety about the return should feel under pressure to come back on that date. The vast majority of our team are happy with the hybrid approach and are looking forward to getting back.

Our offices have remained open, following government guidelines, for people to attend if their home environment is not suitable for them to work.

We have encouraged people back since the guidelines have eased, in line with business needs, sharing videos and blogs from people who have already ventured back.

We expect the trend to return to the office to increase in September when we will actively promote the benefits of hybrid working and agree ways of working to suit the business and individuals.
