I recently discovered an alternative to a formal grievance policy, this is a resolution policy where the emphasis is on informal resolution of concerns. By sitting down and talking in the first instance instead of jumping straight to a formal grievance.
I was wondering if anyone had a template policy I could take a look at. I think this approach really helps treating team members as Adults.
