Hi all,
what is your take on renaming HR to something like “People & Organization”?
I am a new HR leader in a modern real estate company without an HR (instead business/strategy) background, and dislike the term “human resources”. (My own title by the way is already “Exec. Director People & Strategy”) I want to push a talent-focused agenda and introduce tools and processes seen in more modern organizations (but it will be a longer process due to the composition and previous experience of our Executive Board).
