      Finding candidates and filling roles is becoming increasing difficult for many – employment’s high and increasing, applicant numbers continue to fall, pay is going up as a result.

      It would be great to hear how you are all responding to this? Also any things that you are doing or thinking of doing? Particularly if it is a bit different to the norm 🙂

        Keen to know what others are doing, more so at entry level roles.

         

        We introduced assessment centers for our entry roles, so as we could have a pool of candidates readily available – though didn’t yield the results we hoped for as response was poor
