Hello colleagues – i am looking to implement an employee engagement tool for pulse surveys. Easy to use, simple tool for managers and HR. I am about to explore CultureAmp and i have used OfficeVibe in the past. Can anyone recommend other easy to use tools to investigate?
      Thanks in advance!

Peakon has been a really useful tool for helping us focus on the things that are important to our people- it has snazzy features like a heat map, highlights contentious comments, lets managers respond to comments – and we can see which managers are responding. It includes an ‘improve’ section with micro learning and articles to support managers improving areas that have been highlighted. A couple of the questions are problematic like ‘I see a route to progress my career in this organisation’ which we can’t change because its benchmarked with other orgs.

Our company implemented Glint, it is very easy to use and it’s mobile enabled.

We used to use Tinypulse that was great but now use Polly within Microsoft Teams for quick surveys.

Teresa, how did you find office vibe? I had a demo of culture amp and loved it, but I think the idea of ongoing feedback via office vibe with no “big” fully of activity after a survey ie we just get data on a regular basis?

would love to hear more about your experience?

My address is abrand@ccint.net if you’re happy to connect offline?

Thanks so much for all your recommendations!

Hi Amy – I liked office vibe personally, data was there in a glance.  It includes eNPS rating. We can send out pulse surveys regularly asking 5 different questions each time to focus in on particular issues or just to rotate the usual EE index type questions and LEAD questions. Drilling down to where the issues are is really easy for HR and line managers and the tool offers helpful tips to fix so you are right no big action plans to spend loads of time on – quick, easy, simple. You can also encourage managers to reply to the comments that has been left – this does boost response rates to surveys as well when employees leave a comment and a manager replies.  The only issue I had was that I looked after AsiaPac & Latam which had c10 countries within for one Director and ideally wanted to have one overall report for his remit but the tool could not do it. But definitely worth a look and really easy for managers!
