What a fab first session, so looking forward to tomorrow to really get stuck in with the content.

I’m already try to soak up all the great resources via the Disruptive HR Club! Today I managed to use the EACH model, which worked a treat and really helped me effectively challenge a scenario which might have previously led us to fall into supportive parent mode…a great sign of the positive ripples to come as we all progress through the course!
