I know there are many choices and everyone will have preferences.
I have been accredited and have used Insights Discovery in a previous organisation. It had good breadth and depth in terms of what you can do with the model. We used it as part of the hiring process, working with apprentices, management, leadership and team development, as well as 1-2-1 coaching and development. It’s very flexible, can give good top-line insight to personality types or you can go deeper. All based on Jungian theory.
You can become a Client practitioner to use within your organisation or licensed if you want to use it outside your org.
