      Hi Everyone,

I am hoping you may be able to help me with something – I have a project looking at (talent) potential, a ‘potential model’ that we can use across the wider company. One that is credible, based on insight, with some infrastructure behind it. e.g. supporting services and tools.

I’d really appreciate any advice, recommendations or ones to avoid! If I can help with anything in return please let me know.

      Best, Maria

        Hi Maria ,

We are looking at this as well. We are move towards a skill based approach which pools top talent. I would love to hear what others are doing in this space.

        Thank you

        Amy

Hi, my old company used learning agility as the best predictor of potential.

This can be measured with psychometrics etc.

It links nicely to growth mindset and how to handle change

I can’t add a website link here, but it’s a well known and used concept so you’ll be able to find out a lot about it.

          Hope this helps

Hi Amy, Thank you for your note and context. Did you company measure anything in addition to learning agility (ie: performance, capabilities etc)?

I am keen to keep the process lite however accurate in identification.

Thank you and have a great day.

Sorry Amy, I didn’t get a ping saying you’d responded so have just randomly seen this now!

Performance was also measured, though separately (and in the meantime, the company has moved away from ratings), but there is still an ongoing assessment of performance.

Learning agilty = Change Agility, Mental Agility, People Agility, Results Agility and Self-Awareness.
