We are a law firm of 500 people and we currently have 3 HR software needs at the moment:- performance management and engagement initially for 22/23; and then later I will need some kind of shop window for our core L&D offer (but I haven’t scoped this our fully yet).
As I look at what is out there I’ve seen providers that do performance management and engagement (eg Clear Review); and ones that do performance management and L&D (Culture Amp). They both make sense intellectually; though I am drawn to performance management and engagement.
Has anyone been in a similar boat and would be willing to share their thoughts, pose some questions that could help me think it through or recommend providers for me to add to my list?
