    Hi!

    I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on really useful tools to manage their company and employee OKRs. The company I have just started with doesn’t have anything in place at the moment however I’m keen for something modern, that offers regular check ins etc. – definitely not the once a year approach!

    I’ve heard that Paycor (previously 7geese) may be an option and am going to check out Culture Amp, so if anyone has any feedback on them too it would be greatly appreciated!

    HI Kirsten, we haven’t implemented yet, but we’ve been looking at Clear Review quite a lot which seems a really useful, fairly simple tool – good for continuous feedback; not sure re how good for OKRs, but worth a look

    Morning Kirsten, you might have already seen, but we have a few suggestions for Performance Management tools in our tech review toolkit. Might give you ideas of some other platforms to consider. Good luck!

    Morning Kirsten, we are a national business and are moving from Clear Review to Culture Amp in the new year. Clear Review has served us well for 3 years and is a simple, mobile friendly, continuous performance and feedback platform (and is cheaper than Culture Amp), However CA has built-in development activities, can be linked to OKR’s and a wealth of engagement tools. So depending on the size of your business, I would recommend at least Clear Review but if you have more cash to spend go for the gold standard with Culture Amp. Good luck.

    Hi Kirsten,

    I would highly recommend Weekly10, it’s designed to work with OKR’s and can enable great organisation transparency. Premise is quick regular feedback, can be accessed through teams so easy to use in the moment. Great tool for better managing everyday performance, can also be used for additional activities like understanding engagement and experience or talent and succession planning. Competitive from a price perspective and couldn’t recommend the support team more.
