    Hi there
    I’m looking for insight and inspiration around the people measures that you track and share to show progress – engagement, glassdoor are some we use at the moment but keen to here other views and ideas.

    Hi Helen, we have an HR dashboard that shows a variety of the usual metrics but in addition we show ENPS, employee engagement, glassdoor & CEO satisfaction score.  We have a continuous performance management process so we also measure and report on the regularity of check in meetings and objectives set just to ensure that everyone takes the process seriously.

    Love Sarah’s measurements!   I would only add a more generic leadership measurement (i.e. that we can see the results of our work to help them be better leaders) so pulse survey like the SAP outcomes for example something along these lines 1) Does your manager give you the trust/freedom to do your best work  2) Does your manager show you regular appreciation 3) Does your manager regularly coach you to get better at your job.
