      Hi,
      I’m trying to assess our data and analytical capability as it relates to our People data. I’m specifically looking at what ‘best in class’ looks like with examples of how HR teams are using predictive data analysis to increase their impact on their organisation by providing advanced insights that support strategic decision making.
      Do any of you good people have any stand-out practices or examples that you’d be willing to share?

        Hi Sandra,

        I would recommend having a look at David Green  and Digital HR Leaders (myhrfuture.com) online. He does a lot of work in this field and has some books and articles which I have found helpful as we are on our Hr data journey.

        I’d also like to follow this as I would be interested in seeing what replies you get.
