      Hi, I’m looking into out-sourcing our pre-employment checks to a supplier that can do a wraparound service including DBS checks, references and financial regulatory references. Does anyone use a supplier they’d be happy to recommend?

        We use Vero, having some delay issues atm due to volumes but believe that’s the case with most places just now. Vero are generally good with easy to use system.

          We use Experian and although have also experienced some delays during lockdown, the service has been good. We are a financial services firm, so use them for DBS, referencing, credit and ID/residency checks. We also use them for SMCR checks, to satisfy the regulator.

          We are looking to use their app for right to work checks going forwards, to make that process easier, due to the hybrid working environment.

          They provide us with prices for different packages, dependent on the seniority of the hire and have additional services to those we offer. The account is managed through an online portal.
