      Hello,

      Wondered if anyone had any great thinking material/resources for Organisational Design principles please?

      I have a few tried and tested models and wanted to see what else may be out there, in particular – questions to pose and consider with the Exec.

        Hi Jo,

        If I ever need some Org Design inspiration I read anything from Amy Kates who works at Kates Kelser – you may find some useful stuff on their site for questions to pose to Exec?
