      Hi, i’d be interested in hearing about how any organisations have gone about moving from a full time office working organisation to flexible working from home organisation. We are looking to transition from “normal” working to flexible and don’t want to be to prescriptive but we do need some structure. Any help recommendations etc would be greatly appreciated.
