      Hi there,

      Just wondering if anyone would recommend a training provider for Mental Health first aid course?

      Also, I am very interested in wellbeing and wondered if anyone has done any good courses in this area?

      I am based in Scotland.

        HI – I can recommend Deborah Sheppard – we used her through Siren Training or you can go direct to  her company (Mindful Butterfly) – she was great, everyone who attended her sessions loved her.

            Hi Sarah, I’ve used Birmingham Mind for our MHFA course and refresher courses. I like the fact that we are able to give back to a charity who obviously have excellent knowledge and experience in this space.
