Hi Jo, its a hot topic! I have just drafted menopause guidance (I work in HE so one of the examples is sector specific) but tried to make it quick and easy to read to educate, rather than a policy that can sometimes feel like being done to. I had a lot of feedback on terminology from our LGBTQ network. Not launched yet so it is still a draft but unlikely to change much more. Send me your email and I will share with you. I thought I could attach here but can’t figure that out!
