We run an annual employee survey (as a global company unfortunately we can’t change that) but locally we would like to take a much more regular pulse of the organisation. We are looking to implement something very simple and easy to complete and are considering something similar to a net promoter score for employees.
Would anyone be happy to share the way they track engagement and perhaps questions that they have found useful to ask?

We send out quarterly engagement surveys, and also track eNPS on a quarterly basis. I would be happy to talk you through our approach and share questions etc if you’re happy sharing your email address so that I can get in touch?
I’m investigating Office Vibe (recommended on here a lot) at the moment and really liked the demo plus it’s very affordable so hoping to progress that in our small tech start up.
