      Hello, key objective for the coming year is to maximise the diversity of those we are attracting to our staff and volunteer roles (eventually resulting hopefully in a more diverse staff and volunteer base) but slowly does it! Wondering if anyone had any experience they could share that did not involve paying out large amounts to agencies
