      I’m looking at delivering a short webinar/training session on the managers role in coaching their team and how to coach their team instead of telling them what to do

      I wondered if anyone had done anything similar and had ideas or materials they could share

            Hi Jade

            Similar, done lots of this, happy to chat/share but my tip would be don’t over complicate coaching – end of the day its about inspiring people to think and act differently, it can be as simple as asking the right question at the right moment.

            The other would be do yo have the right environment for coaching to be acted upon?
