Wondering if any of you are aware of any useful resources to help frame some self-awareness/reflection questions? I’m working on a culture change piece with a client and want to get the SLT reflecting on their personal style and approach to leading and managing their teams ahead of a planning day we are holding later this month.

<p style=”text-align: center;”>Hi Jo, I love #DISC assessment to help people understand their behaviors styles. I worked with DISC since a while and it’s a great tool to develop your self-awareness and become a better leader.</p>

Another amazing program is #Arbinger https://arbinger.com/approach.html

“Organizational change starts with individuals. In fact, an organization will only change when the people who make up the organization change. We facilitate individual mindset change in people at all levels of an organization and provide the implementation and follow-up support needed to coordinate and sustain these shifts across a team or entire enterprise.”

Hi Jo, We completed a leadership program and used the Johari Window model, it is where you characterise how you see yourself and then others characterise how they see you. Then it identifies your identity vs perception, it is a really insightful tool.
