I was wondering if anyone has or is currently pulling together a toolkit for managers to navigate the new hybrid working model – we are looking to have a mix of working from home and in the office and was wondering if anyone else was looking into this. Thanks

Hi Dawn,  A couple of Club resources that might be useful

Running a session with your leaders on the new hybrid that you can adapt

5 Minute Monday  – leaders checklist

A few resources on this topic coming next week on the Club too  – including do’s and don’ts to help discussions with your managers.

        Hope that helps!

        Best wishes

        Karen

Hi Dawn – we have just done the same – we are providing the following

            – Overview of flex/hybrid working initiative

            – How To Guide – guidance for managers as to how to organise their teams

            – Decision Tree – tool for managers to decide who can work remotely

            – scenario based FAQ

L&D are also providing training on how to maintain the culture , how to be inclusive and how to manage difficult conversations.

We start briefing our managers next week!  I hope this is useful

Hi Marcelle, I was wondering if you would be willing to share you how to guide, decision tree and scenarios. Rachel

                  Hi Marcelle and Rachel,

I would also find that really helpful if you were comfortable sharing any resources you are working on for your managers/employees.

Alongside centralised company communications we are also holding what we’ve called ‘immersion sessions’ with our people managers to familiarise themselves with the principles and approach we will be taking to hybrid working and considering things like; how to get the best out of hybrid meetings, consistent communication with your teams in and out of the office, inclusive leadership and building inclusive cultures and some prompts around conversations to have with their team members ahead of starting hybrid working/re-opening our offices.

                  Rachel
