just sharing here an idea that I had during my Disruptive HR BP Programme !
Instead of the whisper e-mail sent internally, I started publishing monthly articles via Linkedin, meant for managers (or non managers) looking to know themselves or social processes at work better, presenting them with HR tools I discovered during my readings, conferences, etc.
This allows me to better process the information I gather, to store it and share it also internally if need be !
